How do I make a return?
For online orders, please click here. Simply fill in your email and order number and follow the instructions on the screen. If you receive an error message after entering your order details, check to ensure that your item is not FINAL SALE (ending .97).
Returns and exchanges are ineligible for already serviced items in an order, items are only eligible for return or exchange once per order.

Where is my refund?
We’re currently experiencing returns processing delays due to the current situation. Once your return has been processed, an email notification will be sent confirming the items returned and dollar amount you’ll be refunded. Please allow 5-7 business days to see the credit in your account.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you have created an account, you can log onto your account to check the status of your order.
If you have not created an account, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed followed by an email with tracking information.
Orders placed Saturday and Sunday and Federal holidays will be processed the next business day.
Has my order shipped?
We start working on your order as soon as possible, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We want to ensure you get your order on time, but we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as service interruption, severe weather, etc.
We will be sending you an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please check your SPAM or JUNK mail if you have not saved us in your contact.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Since our team begins processing your order right away, once placed, your order cannot be canceled and changes cannot be made.

Why are items missing from my package?
If an item is missing from your package, please email [email protected] with your order number, the missing item. We will work to get this resolved.
How can I make an exchange?
All exchanges must be done within 30 days of the order date. Please click here. Simply fill in your email and order number and follow the instructions on the screen.

My package arrived but I cannot locate it?
If you received an email or sms confirmation that your package has been delivered but it is not physically there, we ask that you first check with your neighbors or surrounding homes. If the package is still not found, and you added SHIPPING PROTECTION via ROUTE, click HERE and fill this claim form. This will ensure you get credit back for the lost package.
If you DID NOT add ROUTE to your order, you will need to contact USPS with the tracking and file a missing claim. Unfortunately, your information is personal and legal and we as a company are not able to do this on your behalf.
If you are still not able to get it resolved, please email [email protected] with your order number and the missing item. We will work to get this resolved.
Shipping
Any $50 or more orders will ship via United States Postal Service and take 5-9 business days depending on the shipping location.
We are not offering Overnight, 2-day shipping options at this time.

Marketplace Order
If you placed an order through one of our marketplace partners, please email [email protected] with your first and last name, shipping address and what item you would like to return.
We will reply with return directions.
Discount Codes
We are not able to use more than 1 discount code per order. If you forget to enter your discount and you have already checked out, please email [email protected] with your order number and we will help resolve it.
Gift Cards
Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Give them the gift of choice with a vaeuropean gift card.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

If your payment method was declined, you may have entered your information incorrectly, insufficient funds or card expiration. Please try a new payment method and contact your financial institution for more information if you continue to experience difficulties with your payment.
